Non existent technical support or customer service from Beame and MiX Telematics
My tracking device in my vehicle is not working for over 2 weeks. I have logged an incident - incident closed without resolving, Call centre agent call and said that a technician will call me, that has not happen. Nobody answers the call centre calls! I'm going to stop all my debit orders for 3 devices. Then they will be quick to call.
