Non-existent support

I have, over the 5 years that I have had this unit in my vehicle, had numerous false alarms - to the extent that they needed to replace the Geolock tag. They didn't come to me, I had to take my car to their representative at my inconvenience, despite the fact that it is their faulty equipment. When I get the message, it states that they detected a "movement" on the vehicle and if I need assistance, I must call. If I don't call - nothing happens!!!! What if I did need assistance?? When you call to speak to somebody with authority, they put you back to their call center. Insurance companies who approve this device and company is making a huge mistake - the insured asset is not protected! Nobody communicates with the customer, but if you don't pay your monthly bill - you can be assured of consistent communication!
