Non existent service from Matrix Vehicke Tracking

I was offered car tracking on 4 July 2024, I never received a single email regarding the contract, no notification to approve debit order, no notification with my username for matrix tracking app and at the end of July my account was debited for an amount for more than what was discussed telephonically,I sent my first email on 2 August 2025, received reference number ***1, asking for the recording of my call on the 4th of July 2025, to date and numerous emails later with all my proof of reference numbers as well customer care service agents names I spoke to confirming my email was sent to correct email address, I have had no response. All my emails have my contact details yet to date not even a telephonic communication from them but yet 2 days ago I received a call from a debt collector. I am now handing over my case to the MIOSA.
