Non Existent Sale Force ( force = oxy*****)
I sometimes wonder how companies survive with their total lack of customer service. It further irritates me no end that when you try and have a conversation with them they only phone you back if you go to hellopeter. I recently bought a Renault that was pre-fitted with a Beame unit. It took me several days and a hellopeter listing for somebody to explain to me what the unit can do.
We then decided to upgrade the unit. No problem we will pass you on to the sales guys.
Had a conversation, asked for a quote and that is where the trails goes cold. Come on guys somebody is trying to give you money.
Id there no way to get somebody to give us a quote for an upgraded to a MX2 system.
