Non-existant service
I phone Mix Telematics on the 5th of February to cancel my vehicle tracking service. I was told to send an email to ***, which I did. I received a case number but until now I have not had a reply. My debit order is still active and I am still being billed for a service I do not want, and am not obliged to pay for as my initial contract agreement expired years ago. I sent follow up emails which went unanswered. You also do not answer your phones
