Non disclosure

I called Mixtelematics and bought a beame. It was fitted and all documentation was sent to me. The vehicle was subsequently written off and when i called in to get the unit remived and re fitted i was told that it was impossible and that i will have to pay a R400 cancellation fee. Furthermore i will have to purchase a new unit and have that new unit fitted to my new car. <br> <br> Nowhere in the documentation that was sent to me was anything stated that i will have to pay the unit that is in my current vehicle off nor does it say anything about not being able to move from vehicles<br> <br> This is dishonest and bad business practice you are in essence *****ing from yoir clients
