No written feedback received from company regarding update of new banking details
1. Requested Matrix via email to confirm in writing to me that my new banking account details (for debit order purposes) which was emailed to them on 04/09/2025 has been updated on their system or not. 2. Unfortunately and despite numerous requests for assistance in resolving this issue, no response whatsoever was received from the company. 3. So, as of this moment, I'm uncertain about whether my new banking details have been updated on their system or not.
