No Understanding of Customer Care!

It's so tiring, frustrating and downright enraging to constantly be faced with almost non-existent customer service from companies that exist only because we, as customers, have actually decided to buy their products and/or services. I've been waiting for MiX Telematics to respond to my emails, contact via their website and calls! So, the wait continues while I once again try to wad off another company's tentacles from ************ly helping itself to my hard-earned money.
