No support from mix telematrix
Using Matrix mixed telematics was one of worst decisions in life. You cant get hold of them for any support. sold my vehicle and tried cancelling my contract, and response is dismal. even after paying settlement fee, you still get charged. you spend an hour an call and never get assistance. I wonder if they really recover a ****** car. If you shopping for tracking unit, take Matrix if you want support-less tracking unit
