No Signal - No Tracking - Loadshedding!
Matrix tracking , this is the 2nd week i am having trouble tracking one of my HCV down @ the coast , last week i phoned regarding the same situation and the only answer i received was that it's blamed on loadshedding.
If your satellites or towers or whatever you are using is affected by loadshedding , make a plan for backup power .
I guess if something happens to my asset you will also blame it on loadshedding , please sort out his problem or send me my settlement so that i can cancel my contract and get service from another company who truly offers tracking 24/7 with or without loadshedding!

As per our conversation your tracking system does have a backup system which we do also use when your vehicle is ******.
Please be advised that the tracking units do use the cellphone towers and they do get affected at times when there is load shedding.
