NO SETTLEMENT LETTER! HARRASED BY THIRD PARTY AGENT!

Over the past two years I have been struggling to get my name off the credit bureau because of the above company. I had a tracking system installed in my vehicle (year 2020). Then when I left my then job. I cancelled the contract and asked for the settlement amount. I got settlement amount and I paid it, next I got a confirmation of my cancellation of their contract. I am now being hustled by unknown third party agents demanding I pay money relating to "my" telematics account. And they have even handed the account to credit Bureaus?! I have been trying to contact the customer service and called several times and there has not been any assistance.

I would like to get a direct contact to get a settlement letter!

I believe this is very damaging and very unfair for any company to operate the way this company is operating.
