No Service whatsoever.......****ed off Mixtematics
No service whatsoever received from the Customer care line, ***, the sales line ***. I called 2 months back to enquire on my tracker which had gone over the 36 months contract period and was still at R310. I was told they would need to renew account or something and then it would go down to R160. This has not happened and the R310 has been debited from my account. I have tried calling and the phone kept on getting hungup. A lady answered when i called the upgrades line and she also kept me on the line for a good 10 minutes. I tried endless times still being cut. Finally got one person who also transferred me to the account department and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAPPENING! Yes right now i am ****ed, the final person i spoke to was Fezile. Apparently now Lesego should have processed all of that, another 8 minutes in but Noo! Like really
