No Service! Total competence!
Totally incomptetent! They cannot even answer their phones as they always experiencing high call volumes and if the machine ask you leave a message.....THE MAILBOX IS FULL??? Moved over to King Price recently and they wanted me to install Beamie unit. So after many failed attempted calls back to them I came out this morning to Gearlock city to just get it installed....still no answer from Matrix. I will now not ever install their product in my vehicle. Installing Tracker retrieve rather...pay bit more and get things right the first time!
