No service, No management.........

I have now been trying to cancel my service with you for 2 months. I dont understand why I'm still receiving calls from your accounts department although i received a ZERO statement at the beginning of November.

I have now on several occasions asked for a copy of my contract but it seems like that does not exist and for that reason you can not close my account. Your agents also seem to lack the understanding of what it means to escalate to a manager. Instead they just drop the call and someone else phones back 2 days later.

Good riddance that I'm not dependent on you for my vehicle security anymore.
