No service from Matrix customer care
No service from Matrix customer care [Case NR ***4]. I reported my Beame not working a week ago. Their automated system gave me the case number above. Still no feedback on my Beame that is not working after a week? [I also enquired about a possible upgrade to a tracking service. No reply also]
