NO SERVICE AND UNCONTACTABLE

I have been trying to contact them in vain, I have emailed, I have called, the line does not work properly and when I do get through and speak to someone they are to call me back with the details needed - yet no one calls back. The phone line when transferred tells you the number is not valid or just goes dead. How on earth can they track or safeguard you vehicle if you cannot even contact them, This is very poor. They take my money but DO NOT offer any service. I am most annoyed.
