No service, again

Unfortunately there isn't the option to give 0 stars. Been trying since 27/05/2024 to do a removal and refit. First all the wrong info was supp****. on 12 June I finally received the correct info, but now, all my e-mails are being ignored. Service is a foreign word to this company.
