No Sense of Client interest

Mix Telematics, you are about to loose a loyal Client of 10 years (Since 2014) with 2 devices/Vehicles.

I traded 1 vehicle and requested to move its Device to new vehicle. You quote me outrageous 1,5K to move device or else 1,8K to cancel contract. The proposed move/cancel vehicle has 3 months for contract to end.

Instead of waiving move fee in order to maintain your client, you figure its your best interest to loose 10 years of loyal Clientele? Really?

Good riddance. I am moving both my vehicles. I Dont mind paying 3 months left (R750) for non service. You need better Business Development Reps.
