No response to e-mail to cancel account

I sent an e-mail on 10 Feb 2015 in order to cancel a contract. I had to phone to get the correct e-mail as the e-mail address on the webpage is incorrect!!!! I have had no response. No acknowledgement of the e-mail. No \we will get back to you". No nothing. Please also cancel the debit order. """
