No response to cancellation, worst service

My car was written off and I have been trying to communicate my cancellation for over a week. I have called and emailed several times, its so convenient that they are not answering anything.I was considering their service again for my next car, but I will have to look elsewhere. Matrix please help me cancel my contract with you. Im really not looking forward to fight Im drained by the phase Im going through with my car.
