no response on my call and email
I have a tracking device with matrix that I pay every month. I was told that if I want to cancel it I can do it any time. I've been trying to get hold only them since Thursday because I want to cancel but there's no response from them. I sent an email, no response from it and tried to call them but there's no answer on their side. Please help.
