No Response on Emails, Unreachable by Phone - Unable to Cancel
Requested a cancellation two weeks ago, not a single response on the ticket. All phone calls to them go unanswered. They haven’t even had the decency to even send me an invoice for this month either. Atrocious service, glad I’m moving to another provider.
