No response in need even with an active status

Hello, I am with you guys for 3 years and my car was tampered with and almost ******. I called you guys at 7am when I discovered my car is up the road and my vehicle cables are tampered with. Matrix - right by your side didn't even pick up my vechile has been tampered with. I am asking so much questions and no agent can get back to me, I have been told il get a call back but no one is calling. My tracker was working fine at the time also I checked the car movement and it's recorded. Why yall didn't respond!!! Or pick up that my activity is abnormal? My car was not switched on it was towed with another car 00:18 to 00:26 the car was moving and at an abnormal time. I never go out that time and you guys couldn't 3v3n pick it up. Youl couldn't even see tampering on the vehicle. I'm paying for 3 years. Never ever worried yall my first incident and I am sooo disappointed. I need answers!!!!! I want to cancel this useless tracking company. I try asking for help, no call back, Facebook you leave the number they don't get back to you. Shame my car would have went and they would still be missing in action. I want my money!!!!!! And cancel this damn useless policy.
