No response from this Company

I call Matrix and was placed on hold for more then an hour and my calls were dropped twice by consultants and eventually the receptionist answered and i asked her is there a problem with their lines and, she replies there is nothing wrong and when i relate my story to her she just said there is nothing she can tell me and dropped the call.

I have call options for emergency or hijack i tried pressing the option for the emergency nut still waited for an hour. This means in case of emergency they will not assist you. I will never recommend Matrix to anyone ..people be careful if you have a tracking device with them
