No response from matrix after pressing panic button during a hijack attempt.

I am still waiting on feed back on what is going to happen with regards to the fact that I was in a attempted hijacking where I got shot, pressed the panic button you received my panic called me, no response called my emergency contact no response and yet nobody came through. You told me that it Will be handled internally. That is simply not enough. By the time I pressed the panic button you had enough time to come and assist me I know because it was a long time or struggling getting shot after I pressed the panic button.

You telling me you'll handle it internally when I call in they keep sending me to this one today I was told the manager will call me back I'm still waiting. I lost my car keys my car was damaged due to the police that had to tow my car from where it was left with me bleeding in it. Why am I paying for a service that you do not deliver. What is the outcome.

My next move is going to the media with this. Because it might happen to someone else that uses your tracking devices.

Again telling me that it's being handled internally is not enough this after I almost lost my life. Because of your negligence. Or lack of assistant or should I say no assistance at all.

Good Day Craig M

Upon our internal investigations, we confirm that attempts were made to contact you to confirm if any assistance was needed. Further attempts were made by contacting the emergency contact numbers that we have listed under your account.

We can also confirm that after the panic alarm was received on our side, the vehicle was moving at normal speed, the incident was not reported as ******/hi-jacked by you or the emergency contacts  listed on your account and no event notifications were triggered by the unit.

MiX Telematics has rendered the service as obligated according to the terms and conditions of the contract clause 4.1 "If the subscriber, the Emergency Contact or the SAPS reports the vehicle to MiX as ******, under circumstances where MiX is of the opinion that the vehicle has been ****** or hi-jacked, MiX will endeavor to locate and recover the vehicle".

Please advise on the most convenient date and place for us to assist with the recovery inspection on your vehicle.

Kind Regards

They had my car that's why I pressed the panic button. How the hell do you not get hold of me and not care after I pressed the panic button. And tell me the car was driving at a normal pace how about you ask the police than because they eventually came.
