No response from customer care
I have been trying to get in contact with Beame for more than 5 days, all calls ring until it hangs up and no response from the email I sent requesting assistance with cancellation of my contract.

As per our telephone conversation earlier today, we confirm that the unit is still within the contractual period and therefore requires a settlement amount.
