No Response at all from Mix Telematics

I have recently installed a beam tracking device, but it does not work on the phone to show the status of the car. I have been calling the company for the past month almost every day, but there is no answer. I am really worried about the service of this company and as the result, I am considering installing a second tracking device with a reputable company that takes its customers seriously. Can Mix Telematics just tell us that their role is only to collect money and do nothing for their customers? I think now this issue needs to be reported to the ombudsman as it seems every customer here complains about the same thing. Anyway, if they do see this, can they call me since the *** number is just bringing up with no response?
