No response and unwilling to cancel services
Matrix has been debited our business account for months now for 3 vehicles. We've requested cancellation for over a year now of which they're not replying. Telephonically they said there is still a term left on the contract... we never signed a 3 year agreement and have requested copies of the agreements of which Matrix is just ignoring us.
