No Response after 14 Days

I called Mix Telematics (Beame) on the 14th February 2015 to cancel my subscription for the car I sold and to add (and install Tracking device to) the new car I bought. They request from me to send an e-mail. I sent the e-mail and received no response. On Wednesday 18 February 2015 I called and spoke toAlbert Griffiths. He said they did not received the e-mail. I resend it to him. On Thursday 19 February 2015 I still did not get any feedback. I called Albert. He did not attend to the matter and I asked to speak to Botsana Ramshala his manager. She said it will take 5 working days. I asked for a faster proses because I already sent the email on the 14th. She promised to call me back within 15min. She did not. I called again today 25 February 2015 because no contact were made from the 19th. I think it is poor service and put my car on risk for too long period. I think that the above mentioned persons are ***********. I think that the poor service must warn people to use a Beame because when you need help to find your car you will experience the same bad service and response.
