No refunds after cancellation
I cancelled my Beamy in March 2020 due to massages recieved via staments saying bad debit order payments, when they send me a statement i was under the impression that account is still active, i started paying every month since a ammount between R150 and R200. October 2022 I've asked if the account is still active and they told me no i have cancelled in 2020, i have requested a refund with no luck, there is no reply on my mails. Very bad service
