No panic button , no services just a bunch of useless payment reminders

Dear Matrix my tracking unit was installed last year October, but the guy that installed it Yatish said that the head office will contact me regarding my panic button and the tracking app. They never called me until I took the initiative and called. 11 months later I still do not have a panic button, no contract, no app but you guys want your money. give me a good reason why I should continue paying for the useless tracker if you guys have failed to keep your end of the deal. I could get hijacked tomorrow and your useless company will not know because the panic button is no where to be seen.
