No one can help with my compliance/T&C's query. No integrity or trust with Matrix. No response to my complaint :(

We are a company with a considerable fleet and choose to run our assets with your services. I am however inclined to rate your complaints service as POOR because after more than a week I have had no reply or satisfactory comment to my complaint.

My query was regards to T's & C's which no one seems to be able to assist with and I found staff in the call center, while friendly - very uninformed when it comes to compliance. And there seems no team available to deal with either complaints or compliance.

As a security company one would think there is a level of trust, integrity and transparency required. There is none. My complaint will be ongoing until I find the answers and I suppose I'll have to chew on a brick until I can finally pass it to an Ombudsman - funny no transparency on who regulates MiX either.....go figure!

Think twice before taking out this product - especially consumers who don't use this product for business and don't know what to look for in the T's & C's.
