NO ONE ANSWERS the phone
If I could give a negative rating I would! Worst decision, they never answer their phone for queries, the app has not been working for months now and after sending numerous email and trying to call I have been transferred from on agent to another with no resolution. Phone is often dropped, also after wanting to be transferred to the cancellations department...NO ONE ANSWERS the phone
