No Live Tracking for Vehicle Anymore
Is there any reason the Vehicle (BAIANO GP) is no longer viewable in the MixTelematics app and the Android app?
This car has a tracker. Early last month, the vehicle BAIONGP (Audi RS3) tracker was upgraded and it remained with the old and the new unit installed - this led to double billing from your end. In your resolution for this, you were supposed to remove the old tracker in your system in this car, however, you removed the tracker of BAIANOGP (Audi A3).
On contacting you, you advised that the Audi A3 (BAIANOGP) has been re-loaded in your system, however, it is still no longer viewable in the app or your website, and so I cannot see its live location.
These two cases are related to your double debitting and follow-ups in getting you to sort this out (***0 / ***9.)
