No live tracking, delayed reaction response!!!
Do not take on a device with this company!
I have fitted a tracker with this company last month. I pay R199pm and get 3 to 5 min delayed vehicle positioning, 5 min delayed calls from the control room in respect of pressing the panic button.
My brother is with Cartrack, paying same amount as me, but he gets live tracking with no delay as well as when he presses his panic , he gets a call immediately from their control room!
I am disappointed and when my Geo lock alert triggered today I spoke to the consultant and she confirmed via call recording that she is aware that there was a 5 min delayed , she was supposed to transfer me to customer care but ended the call.
As a new customer this is not what I expected and I would like to get the law involved as I was convinced by the sales dept that it is a good option when it wasn't!!!

It is evident that even the management of this company give little or no assistance.
I was told on the very same day by the control room manager that he will get a sales or customer service manager to call me asap. Even that didn't take place.
When my debit Date comes, you guys will take out my money without a second to think about it.
Safe to say I'm taking this up with my attorneys. Thank you guys for NO SERVICE DELIVERY!!!
