No feedbak need installation ASAP

I have been trying to contact Matric for over a week to have a unit installed in a vehicle that needs to be delivered tomorrow. I am not getting feedback despite having sent all the business information through. We want to purchase a MX2 unit with a upfornt payment of R2999 and R199pm. It is pathetic that it takes this long for any action to happen. she does not get back to me when I informed her yesterday that it was urgent. I can spread this on a very national level and almost positive that I am not the only prospective client that this is happening to.
