no feedback

i was debited on the wrong by matrix and thus my bank account went into an overdraft. when i called matrix and advised that i want my bank charges paid to me Thelma then said she would listen to the call between me and Sheruna on 06/10/2015 for me to change my debit order date to 20th of each month as opposed to the 15th. Thelma said she'd call me back but alas i have not received feedback. i tried calling back but they say shes busy i call on 30/11/2015 and spoke to Albert who said he would give her a message to call me back but i have not been called back, i called on 03/12/2015 and spoke to Lebo who said i cannot stay on the line and wait for her but she would ask her to call me back as such i am still waiting.
