No existent customer service

Guys has anyone successfully gotten hold of Matrix car tracker via the call center. I have been trying to call them for 3 days, for them to give me letter that I need to submit to my car insurance company for a claim however I am just not getting thought to anyone.

Even their voicemail if full and you can't ask for a call back. I urgently need assistance.. I regret moving from Tracker to Matrix, their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered.

If you value good customer service DO NOT ISE MATRIX!!!
