No Customer Service from Mixtelematics.

I tried to call Mix Telematics for a test of my units. Callcenter not possible, no answer for 30 minutes. I wrote an email to '***' Fortunately they responded to say that everything is in order. I asked than for a certificate for the insurance as I received the last year. No answer to 3 emails. Is that customerservice?? I think not... if this company is also so neglectance if a car is ******..... wow.... unbelievable!!!!
