NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

I Have been trying to call Matrix (Mix Telematics) customer service for 5 Days straight, No one answers, I have used the "leave a clear message" option with my name and cellphone number, no one ever calls me back. The tracker installed in my new vehicle is hanging down under the dash and swinging around near the pedals, the quality of workmanship is clearly sub standard, and the service from customer care is literally non existent.
