No customer service

I have been trying to reach customer care/Debtors since June 2025... My account shows overdue AND I cannot access my tracker but I have been making monthly payments, but no one is getting back to me...

Wow.... Calling me (after months of follow ups) while at work. PLEASE send me an email and assist me with my account as my account is paid in full but shows outstanding - I will then reply on your email with all of the proof of payments. LOOKING FORWARD TO YOUR EMAIL.

HERE, WE GO, AGAIN!

So - after admitting they never allocated my payments and updating my profile.

NOW..... MY CREDIT SCORE - 9 MONTHS IN ARREARS!!!!
I cannot. i literally have an email trial showing they never allocated my payments and they were in fault.... now it shows badly on my credit score. can someone please tell me what my rights are - maybe I should just contact a lawyer
