No customer service

Horrid service. Logged first call 9 Nov requiring about a service advertsised on their new whatsapp line. NO answer on lines. eventually got put through to sales who put me through to Customer care. Gave a bad rating on whatsapp. They asked for a comment and said "excalated". Nothing happened . Made numerous calls 0n 16 Nov. To no avail. The lady on the last call said "I will escalate the query".............. Nothing. sent email and made contact via phone again listing my query regarding my contract period left. "I will write all detail down and ESCALATE it" What is the next step to report NO SERVICE?
