No customer care whatsoever

Had a tracker subscription with Telematics, everything was going well until they started debting more than we agreed on and this continued month after month . I contacted them to make them aware of this issue, they acknowledged this and committed to correcting their mistake which they never did .

I then contacted them to let them know I'm wanted the subscription canceled. The agent lady agreed and they disappeared out of my life for a year . It wasn't until a year later that their lawyers were calling me and telling me I have been handed over due to none payment of +-R5 700( apparently I haven't been paying them for that whole year, for a subscription I requested to be canceled -). I was told I needed to sign a cancelation form and since I didn't for that whole year I need to pay for that subscription. This is a fact that their agent never mentioned on the call I had with her .

They have been debting small amounts from my account like like R33 per month.

My advice is stay away from this company. It's nothing but a headache!!!!
