No communication & unreachable

I have 6 private vehicles on Matrix, I sold one of my vehicles and bought a new one in October 2022. I have since been trying to get in contact with them, via email & all phone lines. I have no response on email and when calling am kept in a que for ages for them to just kill the call. I was on hold for 40mins today again. I have now sold another one of my cars and bought a new one and still no response. What is going to happen one day when one of my vehicles are ******? I moved over to Matrix because I believed at the time they were the best. Now, I cannot say the same. I would most definitely not recommend. I there was an option for zero stars, thats what I would give.
