No communication, operate like a **** agency

There should be a rating lower than one star for this company. Acknowledge receipt of cancellation for insurance write off, BUT continue to invoice, and threaten about non payment. Angry enough that starting legal action (disproportionate to amount), but 4 months of non action, is enough.
