No communication from Matrix

I have been billed by Mix Telematics since November 2021 for a unit that I did not receive. I have sent them numerous emails and made numerous phone calls and to date no one has got back to me. In the interim they are still billing me for the units and have now handed me over to the debt collectors for a service that I did not receive

Mix Telematics is charging me for a service that I did not get in September 2021. My bill increased from R178,59 to R338 in one month. They will not deal with my only with my husband but I was the one that spoke to them about an upgrade in September 2021. Now they telling me they will not deal with me. I would appreciate it if a senior manager phones me to sort out this matter urgently
