No apparent customer service available

Good day

i have been trying to get hold of BEAME just simply to update my log in details for the app. i sit on the line and sit and sit no customer care. i need the senior mngmnt of this establishment to know i call every line and everyone answers besides customer care line 3. i called every other extension and they answered within a minute but they cant assist. the one guy in hi jacking even said yes i know and im sorry so they are aware that customer care is failing at BEAME. EG. I called just to get help and they transfer me to a dead tone there are no responses on email. you do receive a ref no. but no one gets back to you everything is no reply WhatsApp is useless platform not helpful at all.
