Last year I sent Mix telematix e-mails informing them that I was selling my vehicle and that the new owner wanted to take over the contract with them. I never got a reply from them and when I phoned I was told they would get back to me but never did. I was sent a sms to have a unit fitted to the new vehicle and ended up paying for both vehicles. The new owner was contacted once after I spoke to Dalsy Mthombeni but they never got back to him or informed him what to do. All they seem to want is for me to pay R399.00 for each vehicle to cancel the contracts. Dalsy Mthombeni promissed to investigate after I sent her my previous e-mails but also did not get back to me either. Almost a year later and I am still paying for both vehicles.
