No alert when the car was hit( in a accident) tried to use the alert button but there was no response from matrix
My car was in a accident. Tried calling my matrix tracker and no assstant. Car was considered a rideoff by my insurance. Now I am having challenges cancelling the matrix company because they want an amount of canceling which needs to be done within a month.
