Nightmare!!!!

A few years ago I received a call from one of your agents selling me your tracker device..

I never went through with it as I already had a tracker in my vehicle at the time, so never took my vehicle for your device to be installed.

Since then you have been debiting money from my account causing me financial distress. I have been calling endlessly with no help trying to sort this out but no help. always taken from pillar to post. At one point I called and I was told of a vehicle i have never in my life owned, regardless of that I still asked for the debit order to be cancelled but it still hasn't been cancelled, I'm debited and at times it even causes hefty charged on my bank account causing unbearable financial distress. this i snot only taking my money that I don't even have but it is affecting my financial credibility as i have also been handed over to lawyers by yourselves.

The last time i called your company I was told your investigation team would get back to me but they haven't.

One thing I would like to clear out is that I have never ever fitted your tracker in my vehicle and I want a refund of the monies that was taken from me!!!
